1. I'm having problems playing the videos.

For .WMV files, if you are using Mozilla Firefox please use either Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator and it should not be a problem. Make sure you have a current or more recent version of Windows Media Player. Videos are optimised at 640X480 for best viewing. Mpegs can be played in almost all players. MPEG4 is a newer mpeg compression method that results in a smaller file size and playable in Quicktime.

2. How do you download the videos?
On Internet Explorer or Navigator browsers, right click the link to video and choose "save target as" to the folder of your choice on your computer.

3. How do I cancel membership?
